VAT & order processing

RendiScore is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company no. 08172165, registered office: 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom), who act as Merchant of Record for all RendiScore orders. Paddle is the seller of record, issues the purchase invoice, and handles applicable VAT/sales tax collection and remittance on each sale. Renditum does not itself collect or remit VAT on RendiScore purchases.

Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As Merchant of Record, Paddle presents the applicable EU right-of-withdrawal terms for digital purchases at checkout. Under Paddle's standard Buyer Terms (which apply uniformly to every purchase processed through Paddle Checkout, not something we configure per product), by completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery of RendiScore's license and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once delivery of the digital content begins (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
