Terms of Service

For use of the RendiScore calculator · Last updated: August 2026

Short version: RendiScore is a paid-once, use-forever calculator. It's licensed for your personal use on up to 5 devices. It gives estimates, not advice — you're responsible for verifying any figures before relying on them.

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RendiScore calculator ("RendiScore", "the Service") at get.renditum.com, operated by Graham Lloyd-Smith, Liststrasse 43, 70180 Stuttgart, Germany ("Renditum", "we", "us"). By using RendiScore you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

RendiScore is a calculator that runs projections on rental property investments in Germany based on figures you enter. The core calculator (single-property mode) is free to use. A one-time purchase unlocks saving multiple properties and comparing them side-by-side ("RendiScore", the paid tier), activatable on up to 5 devices per license.

3. License

On successful purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RendiScore's paid features for your own property evaluation purposes, on up to 5 devices. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key with people outside your own household/personal use, or attempt to circumvent the device-activation limit.

4. Payment & Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as Merchant of Record and handle billing, VAT/sales tax, and payment support. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

5. No financial, tax, or legal advice

RendiScore produces estimates for informational purposes only, based on the inputs and assumptions you choose. It is not financial, tax, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed Steuerberater, financial advisor, or lawyer. You are solely responsible for verifying any figures and for decisions you make based on them. See the Methodology page within the app for how each figure is calculated.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

RendiScore is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renditum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made in reliance on RendiScore's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under German law.

7. Your data

Property figures you enter are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for what license/purchase data we do process.

8. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may update RendiScore and these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of RendiScore after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
