Short version: Not happy with RendiScore within 14 days of purchase? Email us and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

Our policy

If RendiScore isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at info@renditum.com and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are processed

RendiScore is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as Merchant of Record for all purchases. Once we approve a refund request, Paddle processes the actual refund back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and RendiScore's paid features (saving and comparing properties) will no longer unlock on any device. The free, single-property calculator remains available to everyone regardless.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive, as implemented in German law (§ 312g, § 356 BGB) — Paddle presents the applicable withdrawal terms, including any waiver you agree to for immediate access to digital content, at checkout. Our 14-day policy above is offered in addition to, not instead of, any statutory rights you have.
